ABOUT ME


Welcome to Emel Saban Psychotherapy.

I can provide you with a confidential and supportive space where you can express issues that you might not feel comfortable doing so anywhere else. I specialise in anxiety, depression, relationships and work related matters. If you are experiencing anxiety and depression, we can explore this and find an improved way forward.

I can help you with work related difficulties and support you through changes within the workplace. I work with professionals, who want to develop their careers, but at times feel that their personal challenges hinder them from doing so. Together we can discuss what you are going through and address areas such as assertiveness, confidence, personal growth and work towards your goals.

I have a particular interest working with professional women, who might be facing challenges in their career as well as personal life and find it difficult balancing the two.

I am a qualified CBT Psychotherapist and I am here to work with you to tackle any difficulties you have, whether it is recent or a long term we can use the best therapy to suit you and your needs.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy can help identify the issues that you might be facing as a couple and understand how these are impacting on the relationship. Together, we will explore the dynamic of your relationship, how you relate to each other and you will have the opportunity to communicate and listen, effectively.

Counselling

Counselling is a talking therapy, where you can discuss what it is that you are currently going through, or how past events are impacting you, in the present. Maybe you are experiencing too many challenges at once which are making you feel overwhelmed or alone. You might be feeling anxious, sad, disappointed and frustrated. Maybe you are lacking a sense of purpose and meaning in your life. Together, we can explore, unpack and start to make sense of things. I will help you through your difficulties and support you in finding your own choices, answers and solutions.
